Job summary

GVN PT. Global Vita Nutritech in Indonesia seeks a Quality & Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to food safety standards and quality systems across our operations.

You will maintain documentation, supervise Kosher manufacturing readiness, promote a strong Food Safety Culture, and manage regulatory compliance including UKL/UPL and local permits.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with production, QA, and supply chain to sustain high standards and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards (FSSC 22000, Halal, Kosher, CPPOB).
• Maintain and manage up-to-date documentation in the Quality Management System (Document Controller).
• Drive production line readiness and availability for Kosher manufacturing.
• Champion the internal Food Safety Culture across the organization.
• Handle statutory, environmental, and industrial compliance (UKL/UPL, licenses, permits).

Job Description

Ensure the effectiveness and compliance rate of quality and food safety standards (FSSC 22000, Halal, Kosher, and CPPOB).

Maintain and manage up-to-date documentation across hardcopy files and the electronic Quality Management System (Document Controller).

Drive and optimize production line readiness and availability for Kosher manufacturing.

Champion and evaluate the implementation of the internal Food Safety Culture.

Handle statutory, environmental, and industrial compliance (UKL/UPL, industrial business licensing, domestic investment permits, and local domicile permits).
