Job summary

Kalbe Farma in Karawang HO is seeking a Quality System Staff Assistant to help assure compliance with quality and food safety standards across the organization.

You will maintain documentation in the QMS, drive readiness of Kosher production lines, and support regulatory compliance and the internal Food Safety Culture program.

This full-time role offers exposure to Kalbe's healthcare ecosystem in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality systems and food safety frameworks.
• Familiarity with QMS documentation and audits.
• Knowledge of FSSC 22000, Halal, Kosher standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve QMS documents and records.
• Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, Halal, Kosher, CPPOB.
• Support production lines to maximize readiness.
