Job summary

Dynapack Asia seeks a Quality Management System specialist to develop and maintain QMS procedures, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. You will monitor performance, close audit findings, and lead change management impacting QMS.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing QA, solid auditing experience, and strong analytical and communication skills with travel to plants as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in STEM or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in manufacturing operations or quality assurance.
• Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems, QA procedures, internal auditing, and corrective action management.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and coordination abilities.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to train staff and collaborate across departments.
• Willing to travel to plants if needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, standards, and improvement plans.
• Identify quality system risks, compliance gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Monitor QMS performance and ensure timely closure of audit findings, nonconformities, and corrective or preventive actions.
• Support system-level investigations and manage change management activities that impact the QMS.
• Prepare and distribute periodic quality, audit, and QMS performance reports to internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Conduct training, develop educational materials, and facilitate knowledge sharing to promote quality awareness across functions.
