Job summary

JAC Recruitment, on behalf of a leading packaging manufacturer, seeks a Quality Assistant General Manager to strengthen the quality function across multiple operations in Indonesia. The role leads QA, QC, QMS, laboratories, and drives a culture of excellence.

You will collaborate with senior management, oversee audits (GMP, ISO), CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives, and mentor a large quality team toward senior leadership within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 10 years in quality management in packaging/pharma and regulated industries.
• Strong leadership, audits, and CAPA experience.
• Business-level English proficiency.
• Experience with GMP, ISO 15378, ISO 22000, HACCP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA, QC, and QMS activities across the organization.
• Develop and implement quality strategies and procedures.
• Oversee audits with customers and suppliers; address findings.
• Drive CAPA, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve quality.
• Monitor quality KPIs and provide strategic recommendations.
