Nityo Infotech Indonesia is seeking a highly analytical and decisive Manager Quality Assurance & MR to lead end-to-end QA and control operations at a manufacturing facility in Bekasi. You will drive strategic quality initiatives, ensure ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance, and optimize product quality and yield.

The role requires 4+ years in QA management within manufacturing, hands-on SAP QM experience, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering disciplines.
• 4+ years of experience as QA Manager or Assistant QA Manager in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 auditing and certification.

One of our clients is seeking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and decisive Manager Quality Assurance & Management Representative (QA & MR) to lead end-to-end quality assurance and control operations, drive strategic quality initiatives, and maintain environmental and management standards for manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support strategic planning for new production units/facilities and evaluate the effectiveness of tactical and operational plant quality plans
• Lead and monitor end-to-end quality control activities, including incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, finished product inspection, and maintain accurate filling samples and quality records
• Act as the Management Representative (MR) to ensure effective implementation, maintenance, and compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) requirements
• Coordinate with Purchasing regarding non-conforming raw materials and supplier returns
• Partner with Production to identify quality issues, recommend preventive/corrective actions, and optimize product yield
• Oversee environmental compliance, chemical handling, hazardous waste (B3) management, pollution prevention, and maintain/calibrate laboratory equipment
• Drive continuous improvement and cost‑saving projects to optimize departmental performance; utilize SAP QM module for quality management workflows
• Lead, mentor, and delegate responsibilities to the QA team, monitoring performance and ensuring departmental targets are achieved

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering or related Engineering disciplines
• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a QA Manager or Assistant QA Manager in a manufacturing environment (experience in wooden pencils, wood products, chemicals, plastics, coatings, or paint industries is highly preferred)
• Proven hands‑on experience in implementing, maintaining, internal/external auditing, and securing certifications for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSC, and PEFC standards
• Hands‑on proficiency with SAP QM module (or major ERP systems)
• Comprehensive understanding of chemical handling and hazardous waste (B3) management.
• Good command of written and spoken English for professional correspondence, reporting, audits, and meetings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
