Job summary

PT Unelec Indonesia (UNINDO) seeks a Quality Certification Coordinator to manage ISO 9001:2015 efforts and coordinate the factory QMS, including document control, calibration management, internal audits, and management reviews.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering/Science, 2–3 years related experience, ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification, and proficient English communication to collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
• 2–3 years’ experience with ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification.
• English communication and ability to coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ISO 9001:2015 certification.
• Coordinate the factory Quality Management System (monitor QMS programs, document control, calibration management, internal audit arrangements, and management reviews).
• Coordinate cross-department activities to ensure QMS compliance and continuous improvement.

Job Summaries:

Coordinate ISO 9001:2015 certification.

Coordinate the factory Quality Management System (monitoring QMS programs, document control, calibration management, internal audit arrangements, and management reviews).

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma (D3), preferably a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering or Science (Electrical Engineering is preferred).

2–3 years of experience handling ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems and a proven track record in achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification or experience in handling ISO 17025 certification.

Certified as an ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor.

Understand the PDCA concept.

Capable of effective system planning and coordination across different departments.

Able to work with different departments and requires minimal supervision.

Able to communicate in English.

Adaptable to change.
