Job summary

广东高义包装科技股份有限公司 in Batam is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to lead manufacturing quality, enforce QMS compliance and drive continuous improvement across packaging lines.

You will manage document control, perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and mentor teams. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential to coordinate with local and international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control or related supervisory roles within manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Quality Management Systems, preferably ISO 9001 or equivalent standards.
• Proven experience managing document control systems, configuration management, and maintaining version control protocols.
• Knowledge of quality inspection methods, testing procedures, statistical analysis and quality metrics.
• Familiarity with manufacturing regulations, packaging standards and compliance requirements in relevant markets.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, provide coaching and foster a quality-focused culture.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Attention to detail with strong organisational and time management capabilities
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification, Six Sigma training or equivalent quality management certifications would be advantageous
