Job summary

Hangry is hiring a Quality Assurance professional in Jakarta to investigate complaints, conduct root-cause analysis, and prepare detailed reports. You will coordinate with internal teams and vendors, monitor resolution timelines, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in QA, QC, complaint handling, food safety in F&B/FMCG or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheet.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
