Job summary

Hangry is seeking a strategic Warehouse & Logistics Lead to drive operational excellence across our supply chain network. You will optimize distribution, strengthen inventory control, and ensure reliable service through data-driven decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to scale operations while maintaining compliance and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience managing 3PL vendors and logistics partners.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and distribution operations.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Hands-on and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure on-time delivery through close coordination with logistics vendors.
• Monitor cost per drop and overall distribution performance.
• Lead investigations and corrective actions for delays.
• Oversee stock management and regular audits across warehouse locations.
• Develop and standardize inventory tracking SOPs and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Finance and Planning to maintain healthy stock levels.
• Manage 3PL vendors, including KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and cold chain standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through data tracking and problem-solving.
