Role Description

The Quality Control (Manufacture) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surabaya. This role is responsible for monitoring and inspecting production processes to ensure that food, pastries, and beverages meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include conducting routine product checks, verifying adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, documenting inspection results, and collaborating with production teams to address non-conformities. The role also involves supporting quality audits, assisting with continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinating with Quality Assurance and management to implement corrective and preventive actions. The Quality Control professional will work closely with operations teams to maintain consistent product quality and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to monitor products and processes and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management and Quality Auditing to help develop, maintain, and evaluate quality systems and procedures.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to ensure safe, hygienic, and compliant production environments.
• Candidates should have attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to interpret data and documentation related to quality and safety.
• Candidates should demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with production, operations, and management teams.
• Relevant experience in food manufacturing, hospitality, or related industries is beneficial; vocational or tertiary education in food technology, industrial engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
• Candidates should be able to work on-site in Surabaya with a structured, proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
