PT TRILLIUN PRIMA SUKSES is seeking an experienced Foreman Quality Control Product to lead QC activities at our Surabaya facility. You will supervise production-line quality, train staff, and ensure materials and products meet stringent standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2–5 years in QC/QA, 1+ year in supervision, and a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, with strong SPC, CAPA and documentation skills, plus Indonesian/English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of QC/QA experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent standards.
• Skilled in SPC, root cause analysis and CAPA processes.
• Proficient with QC software and MS Office suite.
• Strong leadership and bilingual communication (Indonesian/English).

About the role

PT TRILLIUN PRIMA SUKSES is seeking an experienced Foreman Quality Control Product to join our manufacturing operations in Surabaya, East Java. This is a full-time position based on-site at our facility. As Foreman Quality Control Product, you will play a crucial leadership role in maintaining the highest standards of product quality throughout our manufacturing processes. This position is integral to ensuring that all products meet stringent quality specifications and regulatory requirements, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and the company's reputation for excellence in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate quality control activities across all production lines, ensuring consistent adherence to quality standards and specifications
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress products and finished goods to identify defects and non-conformances
• Lead and train quality control personnel, providing guidance on inspection procedures, testing protocols and proper documentation practices
• Document and analyse quality data, maintaining detailed records of inspection results, test outcomes and corrective actions taken
• Investigate quality issues and product failures, determining root causes and implementing corrective and preventive action (CAPA) measures
• Collaborate with production, manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns and optimise manufacturing processes
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality management systems, standards and regulatory requirements applicable to our products
• Maintain calibration and proper functioning of quality control equipment and testing instruments
• Report quality metrics, trends and performance to senior management, identifying areas for continuous improvement
• Prepare quality reports and documentation required for internal audits, customer audits and regulatory inspections

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or foreman capacity, Bachelor of Industrial Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, inspection techniques and testing procedures relevant to manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent standards
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis and corrective action procedures
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop quality control personnel
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in quality control software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements is highly desirable
• Certification in Quality Management or Six Sigma principles is preferred but not essential
