Pt Sakura Gina Jaya is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead the quality assurance program at our Depok, West Java facility. You will establish and maintain QMS, oversee raw material inspection, in-process checks, and final product testing, and drive a culture of quality across operations.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in quality management, strong analytical skills, and proven leadership of inspectors and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee all quality control activities, including raw material inspection, in-process checks, and final product testing.
• Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as needed.
• Lead and manage the quality control team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications.
