Pengiklan Anonim in Depok, West Java, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the quality control efforts at our manufacturing facility. You will develop, implement, and maintain robust QMS to ensure products meet stringent standards and customer expectations.

You will manage audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives, mentor the QA team, and collaborate with R&D, production, and engineering to embed quality from design through delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in Quality Assurance or Quality Management.
• Experience leading QA teams and implementing QMS (ISO 9001).

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001.
• Oversee QC processes across production lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor QA team.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections.
• Investigate customer complaints and CAPA.
• Analyze quality data and report to senior management.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, engineering on new products.
• Manage external audits and regulatory reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
