Sasa Inti in Depok, West Java is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the quality function at our manufacturing facility. You will drive the QMS, oversee SPC and QA processes, and ensure products meet stringent standards.

Reporting to senior management, you will mentor the QA team, coordinate with R&D, production, and engineering, manage internal and external audits, and implement CAPA. This role demands strong leadership and a track record in manufacturing quality.

Competenze

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in QA/QMS in manufacturing.
• Proven ISO 9001 QMS development/implementation experience.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001.
• Oversee quality control across production lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor the QA team and promote quality culture.
