Job summary

Pt Pacific Patent Multiglobal in West Java seeks a meticulous Quality Control Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Depok. The role develops, implements, and maintains quality control systems across production, ensuring zero defects and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

The ideal candidate will analyze quality data, conduct inspections of materials and products, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive CAPA actions and continuous improvement on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of quality control/quality assurance experience in manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and procedures for all production stages.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes of defects.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement CAPA.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• Maintain quality records and prepare performance reports for management.
