Pt Mahajaya Plastindo is seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team on-site in Bekasi, West Java. You will perform rigorous inspections of raw materials, in-process parts, and finished goods, documenting results and addressing non-conformities on the production floor.

The role requires reading blueprints, using calipers, micrometers, and gauges, and collaborating with production staff to drive quality improvements and ensure adherence to ISO-like standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; QC certification is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing QC or QA role.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with measurement tools and data recording.

Responsabilités

• Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process parts, and finished goods.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges for precise measurements.
• Document inspection results and identify defects.
• Report issues to QC Manager and production teams.
• Assist with implementing improvements on the floor.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections and tests.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Stay updated on quality regulations and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
