Job summary

PT Mark Dynamics Indonesia Tbk is seeking a qualified QC Manager to oversee daily QC activities and drive the creation and implementation of QC programs to improve product quality. The role requires leading a manufacturing QC team, conducting audits, and performing root cause analysis with CAPA implementations.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering or Science with 5–8 years in Quality/QA/QC in manufacturing, strong data analysis skills, and ISO 9001 knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
• 5–8 years of experience in Quality/QA/QC in manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams in manufacturing companies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to create reports and quality data analysis.
• Managerial capabilities: Leadership, analysis and decision-making, communication and coordination, team development.
• ISO 9001 Quality Management System knowledge.
• Knowledge of QA/QC processes and QA tools (RCA, SPC, 7 QC Tools, FMEA, CAPA).
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QC activities.
• Set departmental goals and objectives.
• Create and implement QC department programs.
• Lead and manage QC team.
• Conduct internal and external audits.
• Perform root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
