Job summary

Jabil seeks a Quality Foreman to lead a team of quality inspectors and technicians in Bandung. You will drive adherence to quality standards, implement procedures, monitor processes, and coordinate CAPA activities to prevent defects and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will also collaborate with production and engineering, maintain equipment calibration, prepare quality reports, and support internal and external audits while promoting safety and company policies in the quality department.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in quality control or manufacturing operations.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with quality tools and CAPA processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures and company standards.
• Monitor production processes and product quality; address deviations.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Analyze quality data; identify root causes and implement CAPA.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports and documentation.
• Participate in audits and support safety regulations.
