Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in quality control or manufacturing with 2+ years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949 quality systems.
• Proficiency with inspection tools and measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Implement and enforce QC procedures, work instructions, and standards.
• Monitor processes and product quality; address deviations from specs.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits for compliance.
• Analyze quality data; identify root causes and drive CAPA.
• Collaborate with production, engineering to improve processes.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports and documentation.
• Participate in audits; provide information and support.
• Promote safety regulations within the quality department.
