Job summary

Jabil is seeking a QMS Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System in line with industry standards and customer specifications. This role will drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of quality across Jabil’s global sites from Bandung, Indonesia.

You will lead audits, manage CAPA processes, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure robust quality performance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a QMS role within manufacturing or electronics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Jabil's QMS in accordance with ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, or other standards.
• Lead and support internal and external audits to assess QMS effectiveness.
• Manage CAPA process including investigation of non-conformances and root cause verification.
• Facilitate and lead risk management activities, including FMEA development.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation and records.
• Provide training on QMS principles, processes, and tools.
• Monitor quality performance data and identify trends for improvements.
• Participate in design reviews and NPI to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support supplier quality management activities, including audits and performance monitoring.
