Job summary

Worley Indonesia is seeking a General Foreman to supervise industrial construction and maintenance crews. The role requires you to provide necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools and equipment so the crew can complete the work safely and efficiently.

You will assist in planning and scheduling, enforce safe practices, monitor paperwork for accuracy, and evaluate performance. You will also support EMS (ISO 14001), OHSMS (ISO 45001), ABMS (ISO 37001) and ISO 9001

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience.
• NCEER Certified Plus (Preferred).
• Supervisory experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling; enforce safe practices and job safety programs
• Monitor all paperwork for accuracy, clarity and completeness; analyze the work to find a more productive cost-efficient method
• Monitor performance and provide written evaluation, assistance and training to all assigned employees
• Prepare employees for additional responsibilities; and keep the proper management informed of all significant information
