Worley is seeking an experienced HSE Inspector for Sulawesi Tenggara to monitor contractor HSSE performance and ensure compliance with Indonesian safety standards.

You will develop and implement HSE plans, conduct risk assessments, lead safety meetings, investigations, and training, and maintain accurate records for project stakeholders. This role requires strong communication and leadership to drive continuous safety improvements on site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HSE on large projects or multiple locations.
• Budgets management experience.
• Ability to build relationships and lead teams.
• Strong knowledge of OH&S legislation.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• 5–10 years HSE experience in resources, construction, infrastructure.
• At least 2 years as an HSE Field Inspector.
• POM certification and AK3 Umum per Indonesian safety regs.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and monitor contractor HSSE performance and compliance.
• Develop and implement HSE plans and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety meetings.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analyses.
• Conduct site inspections and audits.
• Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks.
• Maintain HSE records and report to stakeholders.
• Provide technical support on HSE matters.
• Deliver inductions for new starters and subcontractors.
