Job summary

Worley Indonesia is seeking a QA/QC Specialist to join our team in Jakarta. You will prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor engineering projects, ensuring compliance with codes, practices, QA/QC policies and performance standards.

The ideal candidate has 10 years of QA/QC experience in power plant projects and a solid safety mindset. You will liaise with maintenance and asset teams to verify inspections, documentation and final data books.

Qualifications

• Having 10 years of experience as QA/QC in Power Plant Projects.
• Having basic safety knowledge and ability to implement safety processes to mitigate risk effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other team members to achieve and actualize the goal of the project. Apply technical expertise to control the project meet schedule.
• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects and monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Have capability to identify work quality and coordinate with other team to resolve the issue.
• Ensure that all standards & codes related with engineering discipline and all specifications are being adhered to.
• Interface daily with internal maintenance field office, operating field office and asset integrity in order to communicate the inspection results, requirements, impacts to the operations.
• Ensure that Quality Control activities are planning, monitoring, verification, inspection and testing.
• Ensure project execution completed as per approved schedule and final documentation (final data book) submitted in timely manner
