• Minimum 6 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience.
• Supervisory experience (Preferred).
• NCEER Certified Plus (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling; enforce safe practices and job safety programs.
• Monitor paperwork for accuracy, clarity and completeness; analyze the work to find a more productive cost-efficient method.
• Monitor performance and provide written evaluation, assistance and training to all assigned employees.
• Prepare employees for additional responsibilities; and keep the proper management informed of all significant information.
• Support EMS (ISO 14001), OHSMS (ISO 45001), ABMS (ISO 37001) and ISO 9001 compliance and continual improvement.
