Avesta Continental Pack in Depok, Indonesia, seeks a Quality Control Supervisor to lead QC in our FMCG production facility. You will manage QC technicians, implement QC procedures, and drive continuous improvement to meet stringent quality standards.

The role requires a relevant technical degree, at least 3 years in QC within FMCG/food manufacturing, and strong HACCP/GMP knowledge. You will collaborate with production and R&D to resolve issues and safeguard product quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably FMCG or food manufacturing.
Demonstrated experience in supervising a team and implementing quality management systems.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other relevant quality standards.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

Supervise and train the Quality Control team to ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
Implement and monitor quality control checks throughout the production process, from raw materials to finished goods.
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and quality regulations.
Manage product sampling, testing, and record-keeping.
Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
