Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years as QC Team Leader (flexible packaging experience preferred).
• Understanding of ERP systems, MS Office, and related software.
• Fluent in English.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous with strong analytical skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.
• Excellent internal and inter-departmental communication.
• Domiciled and placed in Bekasi City.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate QC reports.
• Ensure testing is conducted according to standards.
• Analyze and verify the physical integrity and completeness of products.
• Execute calibration procedures for all quality-related equipment.
• Monitor the operation of high-speed machinery.
• Ensure consistent quality across printing, lamination, finishing, and spout processes.
