Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering preferred.
Minimum 3 years as QC Team Leader (flexible packaging experience preferred).
Understanding of ERP systems, MS Office, and related software.
Fluent in English.
Detail-oriented, meticulous with strong analytical skills.
Capable of working independently and in a team.
Excellent internal and inter-departmental communication.
Domiciled and placed in Bekasi City.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate QC reports.
Ensure testing is conducted according to standards.
Analyze and verify the physical integrity and completeness of products.
Execute calibration procedures for all quality-related equipment.
Monitor the operation of high-speed machinery.
Ensure consistent quality across printing, lamination, finishing, and spout processes.
