Job summary

PT Hon Chuan Indonesia is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor with a Mechanical Engineering background. The candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be proficient in English to communicate across teams.

You will lead the QC team, handle product abnormalities using CAPA, and support internal and external audits. Knowledge of the 7 QC tools and Excel formulas is required, plus familiarity with calipers, gauges and micrometers.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) Mechanical Engineering or any related educational background.
• Must proficient in English.
• Experienced in the same field at least 2 years.
• Understand ISO 22000 & ISO 14001, HACCP, GMP.

Responsibilities

• Manage QC Team
• Handling upnormality products (Corrective Action & Preventive Action/CAPA)
• Support audit both of internal or external audit
• Implementation QC 7 Tools & able to use formulas in Ms. Excel
• Create trial report, weekly report or quarterly report
• Able to use equipments such as calliper, gauge, micrometer, etc.
