Confidential Company in Indonesia is seeking a QC Supervisor to lead quality control across our snack manufacturing operations. You will supervise Shift Leaders and QC Inspectors, oversee audits, and drive daily quality improvements.

The role requires a degree in Food Technology or related field, 3–5 years in food QC with leadership experience, and strong knowledge of HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000. Occasional Saturday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Technology or related field.
• 3–5 years in QC within food manufacturing, with supervisory experience.
• Solid knowledge of HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000.
• Experience handling audits, CAPA actions, and quality documentation.
• Proven leadership of QC teams, including shift personnel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays when required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee quality control activities across the snack manufacturing process.
• Supervise Shift Leaders and QC Inspectors across shifts.
• Provide guidance and decision-making on day-to-day quality issues.
• Coordinate internal and external quality and food safety audits.
• Ensure audit findings are documented and addressed through CAPA.
• Monitor compliance with HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000.
• Lead training for QC personnel and relevant teams.
• Prepare quality reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
