Job summary

Bizplus.id is seeking a Quality & Compliance Leader to strengthen our standards across all production lines in Surabaya. You will align manufacturing with national regulations and implement robust quality systems, focusing on ISO 9001 and TKDN compliance.

You will drive Lean initiatives, develop SOPs, and engage with stakeholders to boost efficiency and product integrity. This role offers hands-on leadership in a dynamic team environment and opportunities to shape regulatory compliance practices

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong TKDN, SNI, and SJPH knowledge.
• Solid understanding of ISO 9001 quality concepts.
• Energetic, communicative, and proven leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with SNI and TKDN requirements.
• Lead SJPH integration within production processes.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing to reduce waste and raise productivity.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational compliance with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and the fulfillment of Domestic Component Level (TKDN) regulations.
• Manage and align the implementation of the Halal Product Assurance System (SJPH) within the production workflow.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies to identify waste and increase production floor productivity.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that integrate work efficiency with regulatory compliance.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve work system efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Solid understanding of TKDN calculations, SNI regulations, and SJPH.
• Proficient in product quality concepts and ISO 9001.
• Energetic, communicative, and possess strong leadership skills.
