Job summary

PT Toyota Tsusho Techno Park Indonesia is seeking a capable QA Leader to oversee QMS/IMS implementation, ensure process compliance, and drive continuous improvement. The role emphasizes audit support, data-driven quality reviews, and risk mitigation to uphold ISO 9001 standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in QA/QM, strong leadership, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, with English communication as a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management System (QMS).
• Understanding of internal audit, process checking, corrective action, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Good English communication skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the implementation of QMS/IMS, procedures, and work standards.
• Check operational processes to ensure adherence to established procedures and controls.
• Identify quality issues, process deviations, and potential risks through monitoring, audits, KPI results, and data.
• Monitor corrective actions, including root cause analysis, implementation, and effectiveness checks.
• Support internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, reporting and follow-up.
• Collect and analyze quality data and prepare management reports.
• Monitor quality trends, recurring issues, and process risks and recommend preventive actions.
• Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support standardization of improvements and share quality requirements and lessons learned.
• Ensure QA activities, findings, risks, and improvements are followed up and completed.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable quality requirements.

Job description

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management. Experience as a QA Leader or Supervisor is an advantage.

Have good knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management System (QMS).

Understand internal audit, process checking, corrective action, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Good English communication skills are an advantage.
