Job summary

Bizplus.id is seeking an experienced HSE Assurance Leader to help clients improve safety standards and mitigate regulatory risks across technical workflows.

You will gain hands-on exposure to ISO standards, client engagement, and problem-solving within a collaborative team environment, driving improvements in OHS and environmental performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of HSE concepts and have attended ISO training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational risk mapping on technical workflows.
• Develop and integrate standardization with the existing management system.
• Provide technical assistance in maintaining OHS and environmental standards.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of regulatory compliance and on-site technical documentation.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of work systems.
