Job summary

HoLink Solusi Digital in Indonesia is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure product quality across web and mobile features, validate requirements, and help optimize the release process to reduce production issues.

You will review requirements, prepare test plans, conduct manual and API testing, maintain automation where applicable, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to reproduce and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of QA experience in software testing.
• Experience with web, mobile, API, and SaaS products.
• Bug tracking, root cause analysis, and release validation.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Collaborative with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Experience with Postman and API testing.
• Automation experience a plus (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright).

Responsibilities

• Review product requirements, PRDs, designs, and acceptance criteria before the testing phase.
• Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on product requirements.
• Perform manual testing across web, mobile, API, and product features.
• Conduct regression testing before product release to ensure stability.
• Identify, document, track, and verify bugs clearly and accurately.
• Maintain and support automation testing where applicable.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, Backend Engineers, QA, and Technical Support to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Validate bug fixes and ensure product behavior aligns with the approved requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes, release checklists, and testing standards.

Able to collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams

Experience with Postman and API testing

Experience with Automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or other frameworks) is a plus
