Job summary

Pensieve is seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer in Indonesia to ensure product quality across web and mobile apps. You will design and execute test cases, identify bugs, and work with Product, Engineering, and Design to clarify requirements.

You'll perform functional, regression, smoke tests and support UAT, maintain clear test plans, and help the team improve quality in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manual testing for web/mobile applications.
• Able to write clear, structured test cases & test plans.
• Strong understanding of functional & regression testing and bug life cycle.
• Experience in startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. You will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Responsibilities

Design, create, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on product requirements

Perform manual testing (functional, regression, smoke, UAT support)

Identify, document, and track bugs using tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
