Job description

• Develop and improve QA processes to ensure product quality, reliability, and performance standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain manual and automation test scripts.
• Execute and analyze test results to ensure software quality and stability.
• Identify, document, and track issues through resolution.
• Enhance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Backend, and Frontend teams.
• Prepare test reports and maintain comprehensive QA documentation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience as a QA Engineer, including hands-on QA automation experience
• Have experience in automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar) with understanding of test case design, regression testing, and API testing is a plus
• Familiar with bug tracking tools and version control systems
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
• This role is a full-time position based in Bintaro, South Tangerang (WFO)
