Job summary

VOX ASIA / PT Indo Online Mitra Usaha is seeking a proactive Quality Assurance professional to ensure software quality across projects. You will design test plans, execute tests, and report results, guiding the QA team as needed.

You will collaborate with developers in Indonesia and Belgium, communicating issues clearly and helping prioritize work to meet timelines while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in CS/IT or equivalent required.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• 3+ years in QA in IT/Software.
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools.
• Experience leading or coordinating a team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, test cases, and test reports for multiple projects.
• Perform testing and validate requirements during testing process.

Job description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) professional who will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and functionality of our software applications. The role involves planning and executing testing activities, identifying and tracking defects, and working closely with developers and project stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.

In addition to QA responsibilities, the successful candidate is expected to have strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills and be capable of taking a Team Lead role within the development team when required. This includes coordinating team activities, helping prioritize tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring the team remains aligned with project requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, test cases, and test reports for multiple projects.
• Perform testing and validate that the requirement/user expectations are achieved during testing process.
• Work closely with development team in Indonesia, and Belgium in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Preferably someone who is able to Lead a team, in terms of communication, organizing task, and reporting.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required Skill(s): Agile methodology, selenium, BDD, Continuous Integration, Technical Writer will be an advantage
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent
• Experience of implementing and executing both Manual & Automated testing tools
• Ability to clearly write and communicate test results and issues and complete test reporting
• Experience of and conducting performance, load and stress testing (desired)
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
