Job summary

Lion Parcel is seeking an experienced QA professional to drive quality across web and mobile platforms. You will design and execute test cases from functional specs, lead QA efforts, and collaborate with developers and product owners to ensure high-quality releases.

The role requires data-driven testing, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of frontend, API testing, and SQL. You will work with cutting-edge tools and may contribute to AI-based testing initiatives.

Qualifications

Job description

• Well versed with test cases and test scripts based on functional specifications.
• Drive the quality for a product/feature, assess risks to, and ensure shipping features with a high-quality bar.
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Leads quality assurance efforts that align with product/project objectives.
• Define quality metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and measure the overall quality of the product/project.
• Work closely with development teams in instrumenting their workflow to build a comprehensive picture of velocity, coverage, quality, and production health.
• Work closely with the development team and also the product owners, to ensure the quality of software produced by the company.
• To perform system testing and end-user testing on our suite of solutions, comprising web-based applications, mobile apps on both Android and iOS platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
• Participate in test automation tool development with generic usage
• Min. 5 years working experience in QA.
• Define, document, and run data-driven test cases. Analyze test results, identify bugs and perform root cause analysis.
• Good and strong at test analysis fundamental and suggest the solutions from User’s point of view
• Deep understanding about knowledge of software QA methodologies, STLC and processes.
• Deep understanding of Frontend, API Testing dan SQL.
• Experience with managing test planning, test designing and test execution.
• Shows creativity and initiative to improve product coverage and effectiveness.
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Take ownership of the release management of mobile app/play store pushes.
• Hands-on experience in implementing AI for software testing.
