Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to monitor and implement QA activities for yarn. You will train lab assistants, manage the inspection schedule, and prepare audit documentation.
The role requires leadership, integrity, and a strong ability to analyze QC data. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, handling customer complaints, and coordinating calibrations to ISO 9001 standards.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Textiles
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Quality Control within a spinning company
Understanding of spinning production processes and quality standards
Understanding of management system standards and audits
Ability to manage quality deviations, handle customer complaints, and implement corrective actions
Ability to process and analyse Quality Control data
Microsoft Office Skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
Firm, objective, and possessing integrity
To monitor and implement quality assurance activities of yarn manufactured under the supervision of Manager Quality Assurance and to train the Lab assistants in maintaining the inspection & measuring schedule as per SOP as well as Audit preparation & documentation
Implementation of inspection and testing activities in the organization.
Receivable Accounting : Responsible for timely and correct accounting of Sales, Receivables from customers and Selling expenses
Proper scheduling of Inspection and testing activities in the organization.
Proper distribution of work to lab assistants.
Monitoring any deviation in the schedule and rescheduling with availability of human resources.
Executes right stuffing of cartons, pellets in the containers
Analyze the customer complaints/feedback
Recording customer complaints in prescribed format.
Analyze customer complaints and reporting as per guide line provided by Manager (Q.A).
Audit Compliance
Preparation of the audits, documentation, mass balance and chain of custody
To implement and train employees based on audit findings
Preparation of Quality MPR.
Recording daily quality reports of all the testing done.
Summarize quality results bimonthly & monthly. Make statement in the MPR reporting format.
Testing outside samples and making comparative report for finding improvement opportunities.
Monitoring calibration of equipments as required by ISO 9001
Listing & updating the total equipments need to be calibrated.
Monitoring calibration status.
