Job summary

The Senior Quality Assurance is responsible for ensuring apparel products meet customer quality standards throughout the production process, from pre-production through final inspection. The role works closely with factories, merchandising, and cross-functional teams to identify quality risks, troubleshoot production issues, and implement corrective actions. The position requires strong technical expertise in washed garments, particularly heavy and complex washing programs, with the ability to assess washing results, garment construction, workmanship, measurements, appearance, and overall product quality. Manage and monitor product quality from pre-production through bulk production and final inspection.

• Conduct pre-production, in-line, and final quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications, approved samples, and quality standards.
• Assess fabric, garment construction, workmanship, measurements, and finished product quality.
• Provide technical and QA support to factories and merchandising teams to prevent, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues.
