Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Quality & Regulatory professional in Indonesia to ensure snack products meet BPOM, Halal, and other regulatory requirements, and to monitor changes across products and processes.

You will support New Product Development from a QA perspective, coordinate with cross-functional teams to address quality and regulatory needs, and help maintain HACCP, ISO 22000 systems across sites while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure snack products comply with applicable food safety and government regulations, including BPOM and Halal requirements.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and support the implementation of relevant changes across products and processes.
• Maintain and ensure the completeness of quality and regulatory documentation.
• Support New Product Development (NPD) projects from a Quality Assurance perspective.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and regulatory requirements are addressed throughout the development process.
• Support NPD activities to ensure projects are completed according to the agreed timeline and requirements.
• Maintain and continuously improve the quality management system implemented across manufacturing sites.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of food safety and quality standards such as HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, or other applicable standards.
• Conduct data analysis and identify opportunities for improvement in quality and food safety performance.
