Job summary

Confidential in Indonesia is seeking a QA/Regulatory Specialist to ensure snack products meet BPOM and Halal requirements and to monitor regulatory changes across processes.

You will support New Product Development from a quality assurance perspective and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address regulatory needs and maintain documentation across sites for HACCP/ISO 22000 implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Food Regulatory, QA, or Quality System within the food manufacturing industry.
• Good understanding of food safety and quality principles.
• Familiar with BPOM regulations; knowledge of export/import regulations will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of Halal, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, or other relevant food safety standards.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure snack products comply with BPOM, Halal and other regulations.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and support changes across products and processes.
• Maintain and ensure completeness of quality and regulatory documentation.
• Support New Product Development (NPD) from a QA perspective across projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory coverage throughout development.
• Assist in NPD to meet timelines and requirements.
• Maintain and improve the quality management system across sites.
• Support audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
