Job summary

PT. Etex Building Performance Indonesia seeks a leader to drive Quality Management Systems and ISO compliance across products and processes. You will oversee supplier and customer quality, promote safety, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and commercial teams to achieve operational excellence and superior customer satisfaction, while developing high-performing teams and fostering a zero-harm culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• English proficiency in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality management systems and ensure ISO compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, R&D, Sales, Finance and others to drive operational excellence.

- Lead Quality Management Systems, ensure ISO compliance, manage product and process quality, oversee supplier and customer quality, promote safety, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

- Cross functional Collaboration:

Partner closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, R&D, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, HR, and EHS to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction

Develop high-performing teams, coach and mentor employees, demonstrate visible safety leadership, and promote a zero-harm culture.

- Continues Improvement:

Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem solving Methode (DMAIC) , waste reduction, cost-of-poor-quality reduction, and data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering
• Min 3-5 yrs experience similar role and manufacture environment
