Job summary

PT Trust Recruit Indonesia seeks a QAQC Manager for a Building Materials Manufacturer to lead quality assurance and control across production ensuring compliance with SNI and ISO standards.

The role requires 5+ years in QA/QC with at least 2 years in management, strong leadership, analytical skills, and a proven track record in CAPA and audits. Position is based in Surabaya, Indonesia and is full-time on-site.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure raw materials, processes, and finished products meet standards.
• Lead RCA, CAPA, and defect reduction initiatives.
• Plan and oversee internal and external audits and address findings.
• Lead, evaluate, and develop the QA/QC team with KPIs.

QAQC Manager - Building Materials Manufacture

Client Details: Building material manufacturing

JOB RESPOBSIBILITIES

Quality Management System: Develop, implement, maintain, and evaluate the company’s Quality Management System in compliance with SNI, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Product and Production Quality Control: Ensure the quality of raw materials, production processes, and finished products meets the company’s specifications and established quality standards.

Continuous Improvement: Analyze quality issues, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), establish corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and drive defect and rejection reduction initiatives.

Quality Audits and Compliance: Plan and oversee internal and external audits, ensuring that all audit findings and customer complaints are effectively addressed and followed up.

QA/QC Team Leadership and Development: Lead, evaluate, and develop the competencies of the QA/QC team, establish departmental KPIs, and prepare quality performance reports and improvement recommendations for management.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC), with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

Proven experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring quality control procedures and quality assurance systems.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify product and process defects and implement corrective actions.

Familiar with relevant quality standards and management systems, including SNI, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
