This is a Quality Assurance/Quality Control leadership position responsible for designing, implementing, and updating Quality Management Systems across all production lines, supervising QC team activities, and ensuring compliance with occupational safety standards and customer regulations in a packaging manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

Design, implement, and update Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP) across all production lines

Supervise the QC team in the inspection of raw materials, printing/converting processes, and finished goods (packaging products)

Analyze quality data, conduct root cause investigations in the event of packaging failures, and establish Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)

Ensure that production processes meet occupational safety standards and customer regulations

Provide quality-related training to staff and coordinate with the Production, R&D, and Procurement departments

About you

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field

At least 3–5 years in a QA/QC Head/Manager role

Experience in the packaging industry (rigid, flexible, or carton) is highly preferred

Proficient in ISO standards, HACCP, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and problem-solving techniques (e.g., Fishbone diagram, 5 Whys)

Strong leadership and excellent communication skills

High level of analytical ability
