Job summary

PT WIK Far East Batam is seeking an experienced QA/Audit professional to prepare audit schedules, conduct internal and external process audits, and follow up on complaints. The role ensures ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 systems align with updated company operations and international standards.

The candidate will lead IPQC training, release key processes, and evaluate products using systematic tools such as MSA and process capability studies for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical and electrical with minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.
• Experience in ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 internal auditing and process improvement.
• Ability to use MSA and process capability tools for internal/external customers.

Job description

Prepare audit schedule and master list, conduct process audit internal and external, follow up on internal & external audit complaints, keep the system of ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 in consistent with the updated company operation, plus the consistency with the most updated international standard.

Perform internal training's new part or product standard to inspector (IPQC, and leader) and responsible for key process release & process or product evaluation based on systematic approach such as MSA, process capability study for internal & external customers.

Follow up quality issues at production until close and provide analysis report and monitoring for quality issues until closed. Creation of new IPQC test plans of product.

Provide proactive and constructive feedback to system and product problems with the aim of corrective actions and evaluation reports for prevention and correction.

Maintain controlled EHS system documents and organize annual internal audits, ensure assigned engineering activities comply with company EHS policies, established safety procedures, product requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. Identify potential risks and report non-compliance for corrective action.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical and electrical, with minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.

Support on the continuous improvements and provide technical advice or proposal or methods to the management regarding productivity or efficiency, innovation, cost savings.

Familiar with decision making for disposition, managing IPQC, customers complaint management quality of products and other defined performance indicators.

Good with ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 internal auditor, minitab, microsoft office, 8D, 7QC tools and SAP, food safety standard, experience to use measuring device (CMM, Smart Scope, Caliper, etc), basic SEA, able to read drawing.

Fluent in English reading, good attitude, adaptability to company culture, teamwork spirit and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to multi-task and perform well under pressure and seek continuous improvement in quality, active listening, presentation skills.
