PT. ETEX BUILDING PERFORMANCE INDONESIA is seeking a People Business Partnering lead for Karawang Manufacturing and the Country Commercial Department.

You will partner with site leadership to deliver practical HR solutions, coordinate with local and regional COE, and ensure compliance with labor and internal policies while driving cost efficiency. You will also steer learning and development initiatives, workforce engagement, and culture programs, acting as a primary contact for the Plant

Competenze

• English written and spoken is required.
• Driving license class A is required.
• IR proficiency and awareness are essential.
• AI literacy is expected as part of the role.
• Experience in training management and module development is preferred.

'Lead People Business Partnering for Commercial Department and Karawang Plant team helping the business to achieve business goals by delivering practical and effective people solutions.'

People Business Partnering for Karawang Manufacturing and Country Commercial Department

• - Assists the people management for Karawang plant operations and Commercial Department
• - To work closely with COE both Local and Regional for all HR programs and activities
• - To make sure that all People operations in Karawang are in a good control and in accordance with prevailing company policy and procedures
• - Ensure Labor and People Cost Control in Karawang Plant and Commercial Department.
• - Delivering practical business solutions in all People Development Areas being the first point of contact for the Plant Manager for Karawang, CCO.
• - Lead and deliver relevant reporting such as People Metrics or other reports as needed by stakeholders
• - Lead improvements in people practices within area of responsibility and country people management.

Learning & Development

• - Provide Learning & Development Solutions working together with TA & Development for the Country.
• - Deliver career path and talent management for designated department and leaders under his/her responsibility
• - To assist Country HR Manager with all industrial relation and community management both internal and external as needed.
• - To work closely with the Plant Manager and Country Commercial Officer in providing a good Business Support with IR also ensuring compliance to Current Labor Law and Internal Etex policies.
• - Work with site management and department leads under his/her responsibility to deliver engagement action plans and events and assist the Country HR Manager to deliver country strategy on engagement as needed.
• - Responsible for the Culture in area of responsibility.

Site Security Management

• - Ensures the security of the company staff, employees & assets
• - Implements security management with specific systems as needed by the company
• - Follows up day to day security / SATPAM activity
• - Follows up any problem reported by security within the daily activity
• - Ensures the multipurpose helper operation running well

Recruitment

• - Collecting the needs and necessity of staff/workers from all department in Karawang plant and Commercial Department in collaboration with TA
• - Conducting the recruitment process to fulfill the company needs (build up ideal candidate profile, selection, interview, etc…)
• - Monthly control of employee’s contracts end
• - To presenting the full package of induction programs for new commers within area of responsibility
• - Collaborate with ER & People Services for control and maintain company's car in good condition

Requirements:
