Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years in QA/QC or manufacturing quality.
• Experience with quality systems, audits, document control, and CAPA.
• Proven ability to lead QC teams and multi-disciplinary quality improvement projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 implementation and various quality tools.
• Proficient in data analysis with MS Office and tools like Minitab/Power BI/SAP/SPSS.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain quality management frameworks, SOPs, and documentation.
• Supervise, develop, and mentor QC teams and supervisors.
• Lead quality reviews, audits, and cross-functional problem solving.
• Monitor quality across all production stages; perform root cause and CAPA.
• Ensure raw materials meet quality standards with Supply Chain involvement.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and validate new materials or processes.
• Handle customer complaints and report outcomes.
• Prepare detailed quality performance reports for GM Operations and annual reviews.
