Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a QA & Customer Complaint Section Head to oversee outgoing quality and customer complaint resolution across our East Java manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include leading finished-product inspections, enforcing AQL and outbound inspection standards, driving QMS improvements (ISO 9001/ISO 14001), conducting root-cause analyses, and coordinating with Production, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure shipments meet internal specs and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong experience handling customer complaints related to manufacturing products.
• Experience in building materials or related manufacturing industries preferred.
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SPC, AQL sampling methods and levels, CAPA.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Sharp communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English for technical communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead outgoing quality inspections of finished products prior to shipment.
• Enforce AQL sampling methods and outbound inspection standards.
• Verify finished products meet internal quality specs and customer requirements.
• Manage customer complaints through investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Warehouse and Logistics to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SPC and quality documentation.
• Monitor quality performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, supervise, coach and develop the Outgoing Quality & Customer Complaint team.
• Prepare quality reports, complaint analyses, corrective action reports, and management updates.
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
