Job summary

PT China Construction Yangtze River Indonesia seeks a dedicated Document Control / Quality Assurance professional to oversee QA procedures and document control across construction projects in Indonesia. You will maintain filing systems, coordinate with teams, suppliers and regulatory bodies, and prepare reports on quality performance.

You must hold a Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field, have 3–5 years in QA/QC, and be fluent in English and Indonesian.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional QA/QC experience in construction.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience with document control and electronic document management systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and international building codes is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor QA procedures, standards and protocols across construction projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of activities, materials and workmanship.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation including inspection reports and conformance certificates.
• Manage project documentation systems and filing across all phases.
• Coordinate with teams, contractors and suppliers for timely documentation collection.
• Identify quality issues, prepare corrective actions and track completion.
• Maintain quality records and produce reports for management review.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities on quality matters and filings.
• Ensure safety documentation and incident reports are properly recorded and filed.
