Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a QAQC Coordinator or in a similar quality assurance role within the construction industry.
• Thorough understanding of construction quality management principles, methods, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
• Knowledge of relevant construction regulations, standards, and codes.
• Open to relocate anywhere.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance and quality control plans for construction projects
• Conducting regular inspections and audits to monitor compliance with standards, specifications, and regulations
• Identifying and resolving quality-related issues in a timely manner, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of quality-related activities
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all quality assurance and control activities
